- Auto-Response SMS: Each SMS received on our Short Codes is sent back a 160 character SMS. There are 2 options to set your Auto-Response SMS mechanism:
- Static Auto Responder - Preset a 160 character SMS to be sent back to the mobile subscriber upon any incoming query on your SMS Short Code.
- URL Forwarding - We can create a database application for you to set up dynamic auto responses as per the nature of your business i.e. each autoresponse sent to the mobile subscriber is dynamic.
- Unlimited Sub Keywords: Create unlimited sub keywords for each Keyword - Each Sub Keyword has independent Auto Response Management and Reports.
- Real Time Detailed Reports: Get reports for all queries on Keywords & Sub Keywords in a Consolidated and a Detailed Format - Mobile Number, Date & Time, Keyword and Message content - instantly as soon as the mobile subscriber sends a query.
- SMS Forwarding: All queries received on your SMS Short Code services can be forwarded to any mobile number across India. Please note this services is chargeable at 1 SMS Credit.
- Email Forwarding: All queries received on your SMS Short Code services can be forwarded to an email address configured in your account with us. There is no additional charge for this service.
